Annually, the National Library of Uzbekistan hosts a week dedicated to an information library that also includes the Forum of Young Librarians in its frames. The INFOLIB will take place from October 23 to 27, 2023. The INFOLIB aims to gather librarians and share knowledge and experience with colleagues working in the library field. The event celebrates libraries' pivotal role in advancing digital literacy and empowering collaboration and knowledge sharing among information professionals worldwide. The Learning Resource Centre (LRC) of WIU will be hosting a conference titled "Empowering Communities in the Digital Age: Advancing Digital Literacy Through Libraries." as part of the XII National Information Library Week INFOLIB on October 24, 2023. The event brings together experts, professionals, and enthusiasts from the library sector to discuss and share insights on digital literacy and its impact on communities.
