HOW IT WORKS
Phase 1: Research Submission & Peer Review

Participants must:

Identify one existing, real problem in Uzbekistan in either:
Green Economy or Creative Economy
Develop a clear and evidence-based policy recommendation addressing that problem.
Your extended abstract (900–1000 words) should:
  • Clearly define the problem (context, scale, relevance to Uzbekistan)
  • Explain why the problem matters economically
  • Propose a concrete policy solution
  • Justify the recommendation using theory, data, or comparative examples
  • Briefly outline implementation considerations (feasibility, risks, budget trade-offs)
⚠️ The focus is not descriptive analysis — it is policy-oriented problem solving.
