Submission of proposals
Important Dates
- Extended Deadline April 25, 2023 (end of the day) - submission form has been closed
- 30 June - Submission deadline for the special issue of Silk Road: A Journal of Eurasian Studies Information TBA
We welcome individual extended abstract submissions to present and publish their research findings.
The extended abstract should be around 400 – 500 words. The extended abstract should be written in English for the submission. Please make sure the abstract is well-written and properly edited.

- Code of sub-thematic areas (please check this page for reference)
- Title of the paper in Bold Letters
- Full name of the author and co-author (supervisor) without titles or degrees, higher education institution, faculty and department/studies program, and e-mail address shall be provided under the paper title.
- Keywords (4-5)
- Around 400 – 500 words detailed summary of the article, written in English, that includes an introduction, problem statement, the purpose of the research, relevance/significance of the study, research methodology, key findings and state of the art, novelty of research)
- Reference List
All submissions should be in *.doc or *.docx format.
Accepted contributions will appear in Conference proceedings published by University of Westminster Press.
Selected presentations will be invited to submit full papers for their proposals to a special issue of Silk Road: A Journal of Eurasian Studies (https://silkroadjournal.online/)
